The Sausage is obtained by a mixture of selected meats of Italian pork. The Sausage is salted and flavoured according to the tradition, encased with a natural casing and tied.

It has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 4 cm, a length of 10 cm and a middleweight of 110g.

The Sausages are presented in packs of 2.

It has a tasty and captivating flavour. It is excellent both broiled or baked and thanks to its irresistible flavour, its excellent to make different greedy culinary preparations, vegetables included.

Store the product at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.

It is a product of raw paste, and should be consumed after being cooked.
