Our salami and ready-sliced salami have a big taste and many authentic virtues. They are born from the ancient tradition of mountainous city quarter.
San Domenico salami factory takes place in the hollow of the Altopiano di Asiago, at 1.000 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated territory with an extraordinary beauty, whose air makes every taste authentic.
Only salt, pepper and natural aromas. Few simple gestures handed down from one generation to another, for flavouring the first-quality meat we select from time to time. A great cellar allows to season the products in a natural way, also up to 6 months.
Born in 1979 by the wish of the two brothers to propose the flavours of the past to their fellow citizens, the factory has become a known reality in the whole national territory.
So much that, in 1993, has been necessary to transfer the factory in a new establishment. In 2003, when was added the catering service, there has been a further expansion to manage and sell the products in an optimal way.
