Cellars of flavour - The seasoned
The salami is obtained by a mixture of selected meats of Italian pork. The salami is minced and flavoured with salt, spices and natural aromas. It is encased in a natural casing, dried and slowly seasoned to give it a traditional taste.
It has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 6 cm and a weight which varies from 700 to 900 g.
It has a mild and delicate flavour. It is recommended to cut the product by hand to preserve the flavour. It is excellent if combined with bread and pickles.
Store the product in a cool place (at a maximum of 14°Cs); after the cut, cover the slice with a film for foods and put back the product in a refrigerator at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.
