The bratwursts are obtained by selected meats of national pork, and they are salted and flavoured according to the tradition. They are encased with an artificial casing and tied to be cooked and slightly smoked. Before the vacuum-sealed packaging, the casing is removed. They are presented in packs of 2.

They have a delicate and fanciful flavour and are perfect to be eaten cooked as a second course or can be used as an ingredient to enrich your recipes.

Store the product at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs and should be consumed after being cooked.
