Secret forest - Pancetta and pulled pork
The rolled-up pancetta is obtained by selected pancetta of Italian pork. The pancetta is salted and flavoured, encased in a natural casing, dried and seasoned for at least 45 days.
It has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 10-12 cm and a weight which varies from 1 to 3 kg. When cut, it has a bright red colour, interspersed with the white of the fat.
It has a mild and delicate flavour that makes it perfect to be eaten cut into slices or can be used as an ingredient that makes a difference in your recipes.
Store the product in a cool place (at a maximum of 14°Cs); after the cut, cover the slice with a film for foods and put back the product in a refrigerator at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.
